This immersion is for those looking to deeply rest, re-calibrate and reset. Be gently guided through a long, nourishing Yin practice with an emphasis on leaning into stillness, mindfulness and surrender, finishing with a restorative meditation. You will then be guided through an intentional journaling practice to facilitate greater clarity and self-understanding. This immersion into rest and self-inquiry is a retreat from the busyness and activity of modern life, that will leave you feeling refreshed and restored, moving back into the world with more energy and intention.
What to bring: a pen and journal
Meet Rachel Ramsland your Facilitator.
“My primary goal when teaching is to guide you into a deeper state of connection, to yourself and to the present moment. I see asana, pranayama and meditation as powerful gateways to regulating our nervous systems and slowing our minds, an antidote needed in our busy lives. I love to weave digestible yogic philosophy as well as modern psychology into my classes, whilst also giving you some quiet space to experience the practice for yourself.”
Since completing her studies in yoga she has continued to learn and grow as a teacher, undergoing further studies in yin, meditation & mindfulness all of which aid her in holding space and guiding students through her offerings.
