Cody has been practising meditation since the age of 16 as a way to deal with life's struggles, and completed his yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India. He loves travelling and exploring other cultures, for the life lessons it brings.
Cody uses yoga as a way of life to increase his vitality, to stretch and heal his body, and to relax and stabilise his mind. He likes to teach through personal experience - using what has helped him and what he uses on a day to day basis, keeping the focus on the unity of mind, body and spirit through the connection of breath, movement and mental awareness.
