Jess found her love for Yoga whilst studying Acting at the Howard Fine Acting studio, where she was also introduced to the Alexander and Suzuki techniques. Through this, she learned the power of body awareness. Jess’ introduction to Yoga was through SomaChi in Fitzroy and she immediately fell in love with the way the somatic practice allowed her to feel grounded, but also fluid throughout her everyday life. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training Certificate in 2017 through SomaChi.
In the midst of her Yoga studies, she found a passion for Mindfulness and Buddhism, which she continues to explore today. She is passionate about helping people find grounding, fluidity and presence throughout their practice.
