Izzy first Practiced yoga for fitness in 2016. After experiencing profound healing benefits, she knew she had to share this beautiful practice with others. She has since completed 200H Vinyasa Training and Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training. She maintains a daily practice and is passionate about teaching yoga as an empowering tool for health and wellness.
Izzy guides a heartfelt practice of embodied movement – permeated with creative elements of art and dance, while deeply rooted in ancient tradition.
Izzy’s intention is to hold space for students to drop into the body and experience the joy of yoga. Every class is an invitation to find flow and a time to compassionately connect.
