Rachel Ramsland

Yoga Teacher

Rachel is a down-to-earth yoga teacher who tries to make yoga meaningful and accessible to all who may benefit from its magic. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in an intensive program at the beautiful Byron Yoga Centre, Rachel has also done 25 hours of yin and myofascial release training and is currently immersed in a 110-hour Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Training.

“My primary goal when teaching is to guide you into a deeper state of connection, to yourself and to the present moment. I see asana, pranayama and meditation as powerful gateways to regulating our nervous systems and slowing our minds, an antidote needed in our busy lives. I love to weave digestible yogic philosophy as well as modern psychology into my classes, whilst also giving you some quiet space to experience the practice for yourself.”
