I see asana, pranayama and meditation as powerful gateways to regulating our nervous systems and slowing our minds, an antidote needed in our busy lives. I love to weave digestible yogic philosophy as well as modern psychology into my classes, whilst also giving you some quiet space to experience the practice for yourself.”
