Ruth discovered yoga and meditation after years of challenges with her mental health. Following a bad breakdown, she went searching for natural ways to keep herself well - changing to a plant-based vegan diet, seeing alternative healers, and moving her business to by the beach. Having a daily practice of yoga and meditation keeps her balanced, out of the head and into the body, giving the mind a rest from the continual striving and mental chatter.
Seeing the dramatic difference that these changes made to her life, Ruth was determined to share this with others, and this is how Yogaharta was created!
