After initially attending yoga to gain more flexibility, Sarah very quickly realised how much better she felt overall in all areas; mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It wasn’t long after that Sarah wanted to share this beautiful gift of Yoga to others, and so in 2017 she completed her 500hr Vinyasa training.
Sarah places a big emphasis on letting go of expectations on what each practice should look or feel like, and simply to enjoy being in the moment with each breath and movement.
