Yoga is a love and strength relationship within the body, the mind and the breath. Through my sequencing you’ll create length within, while really hydrating and nourishing your body. Moving through each pose slowly is how we build strength, not stress in the body. I encourage growth spiritually and physically, all in your own time.
Yoga to me is about the journey, not just getting to the peak of the pose. I encourage my students to listen to their own body making any adjustments to feel comfortable through the movements. By making your practice personal, you safely gain more strength and awareness.
