Our Yoga Classes

We offer a range of classes for everybody - from the absolute beginner to experienced yogi. You can view our different yoga class styles below.

Gentle Flow

This class takes elements from vinyasa flow and slows them right down. Take your time gliding through slower poses and mindful transitions. With a focus on alignment and breath, this class will build strength and increase flexibility, whilst encouraging mindfulness in movement. Gentle flow is sequenced aiming to leave you feeling balanced and rejuvenated. This is a great place to start if you are new to yoga!

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic class that synchronises movement and breath in a continuous and creative flow of poses and transitions. Students can build strength and flexibility while having the option to challenge themselves and take their physical practice up a level. Find your flow state and connect to your body.

Hatha

Hatha yoga is the fundamental form of yogic practice. It is the oldest and most traditional style of yoga. This practice is a slower-paced class suitable for all levels. Delve into elements of yoga beyond asana and movement, while still building strength and flexibility. In a Hatha class, the teacher will guide you through postures, meditation and breathing exercises known as pranayama. Energise and balance the mind and body. Practice cultivating a connection to the self. 

Hatha yoga is the pinnacle of a holistic wellness practice this class will bring health into your body, mind and spirit. 

Yin & Flow

A beautiful balance of flow and stillness. Work up to a gentle slow flow and finish with long held, restorative yin yoga postures. Leave feeling balanced and relaxed. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Yin

Yin yoga is a complementary practice to the more dynamic styles of yoga. Yin is a deep and nourishing practice suitable for all levels. This practice is predominantly floor-based, with postures being held for 3-7 minutes. You can expect long held, passive and restorative postures that are designed to leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and free of tension. A practice for mind and body, and a great class for beginners.

Restorative & Guided Meditation

This gentle practice will help to rejuvenate and release deeply held tensions in the body with gentleness and softness, incorporating stillness, with postures held for several minutes with the generous support of props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, etc), and ending with a guided meditation. This class is deeply relaxing and nourishing for the body and mind. Suitable for all levels, and a great place to start for beginners.

Prenatal yoga

Our Prenatal Yoga class is available for all levels and all trimesters from conception through to birth,
no previous yoga experience necessary.

Supported in a safe and loving environment, the balance of strengthening and opening techniques
will help equip you with a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual foundation to benefit you not
only during pregnancy, but as you prepare for birth, motherhood and beyond.

Guided by qualified Yoga and Prenatal Yoga teacher, Laura Grace, this class will address common
pregnancy ailments and offer you the tools of movement, sound, pranayama (breathwork) and
meditation to establish a more connected, peaceful and empowered journey.

Philosophy

In this class we will be reading over different texts from all cultures, faiths and ways of life. Through self-enquiry and group discussion, seeing how these texts relate to each other and to all of us today, with the intention of finding new ways to bring us back to spirit and self.

Perfect for those new to yoga and wanting to learn more than just the physical practice.

Slow Flow

Yin & Nidra

Embark on a deep and nourishing yin yoga practice, suitable for all levels. You can expect long held, passive and restorative postures that are designed to leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and free of tension.

Lie back in comfort whilst you are guided through a meditation ('yoga nidra' meaning yogic sleep) that is designed to induce enhanced states of sub-conscious awareness combined with a deep state of relaxation.

Yoga Strength

A 45-min class combining different disciplines of body weighted movements and still postures. We will be training the body for complete functional movement with a focus on helping give you the ability to effortlessly move your own body weight, while increasing your range of motion.

This class is good for all body types and is best suited to an individual that would like to increase their strength and fitness in a more dynamic way without the need for any weights or props.
